University Surgical Associates' office telephone is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week for your convenience.
USA employs two full-time triage nurses who are available during regular office hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. USA’s triage nurses can assist in matters such as handling requests for test results, prescription refills, and scheduling a procedure. If needed, a triage nurse will refer you to a USA physician or physician’s nurse.
If, for any reason, a triage nurse is unavailable to answer your call, please leave a message with your name, telephone number, and a brief summary of your current situation.
A nurse or medical assistant will return your call as soon as possible.
