USA's new secure online registration and payment portal will allow you to complete all necessary paperwork prior to your first visit, or make a payment to your account from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Our secure network and encryption feature ensures the information you submit remains in strict confidence with proper USA administrative staff.
If you are wishing to submit registration forms, please be sure to read and follow the instructions provided.
If you are paying on your account, USA accepts all major credit cards. Once you have completed the payment process, please print out the information on the screen to keep for your records.
