To schedule an appointment with USA Special Procedures, please contact our office at (423) 757-0840.

During your initial visit, a USA vascular surgeon or nurse practioner will document a thorough history and physical and your legs will be examined. We will take pictures of your legs for insurance purposes.

If you are diagnosed with varicose veins, an ultrasound mapping procedure will be conducted to help determine the optimal treatment plan to meet your specific needs. The ultrasound procedure will be completed on site in our vascular lab.
