USA enjoys a true regional presence by providing service for physicians in eastern Tennessee, the northern counties of Georgia and Alabama and the westernmost counties of North Carolina.

We provide six on-call surgeons to handle emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week and staff two full-time triage nurses during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
