Prescriptions / Refills

Before issuing prescriptions for medication, or authorizing refills, we may need to check your medical records, which are available only during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please contact us by calling our general office number at (423) 267-0466.

No narcotic prescription(s) - pain medicine - will be refilled by telephone after office hours. Please have your pharmacy’s telephone number and the prescription name and number ready when you call.
