Dr. Swafford, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS) is a general surgeon specializing in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Swafford joined University Surgical Associates in 2008.

Dr. Swafford has office hours at USA's Dayton office on Monday (Noon - 5 p.m.), Tuesday (8:30 - 1 p.m.) and Wednesday (1 - 5 p.m.). Dr. Swafford performs surgery at Rhea County Medical Center, Plaza Surgery Center at Erlanger, and at Erlanger Hospital.
